Street Sweeping

Future Street Sweeping Dates (third Wednesday of each month). Signs are posted at each gate entrance to no street parking between 8AM and 12PM on street sweeping days to avoid violators being towed. Unless the management is notified, the residents are also advised not to put anything on the streets (such as trash bins) that would impede the street sweeper.

Trash Bins

Bins for trash, recycle or yard waste are to be collected on Thursdays of each week unless there is a holiday in that week. Then the schedule can be pushed to Friday of that week (See Memorial, Independence, Labor, Thanksgiving and Christmas). Reminder to put the bins on the street with the hinge on the sidewalk side and at least one foot apart to give the truck room for the clamps to grab the bins. Avoid placing the bins near the mailboxes as the clamps can hit the mailposts if too close.
